Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AirCaps, PBC, a Delaware public benefit corporation doing business as AirCaps (“AirCaps”, “we”, “us”), handles information collected through aircaps.ai (the “Site”), including the contact form.

Information we collect

• Information you send us. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, the services you are interested in, your expected audio volume, your deployment preference, your current provider and anything you write in the message.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically records standard request data, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, to operate and secure the Site.
• Embedded content. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts and videos from Vimeo. These providers receive your IP address and may set cookies under their own privacy policies.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on the Site’s main pages. Our API documentation at aircaps.ai/docs is hosted by Mintlify, which may use cookies and collect usage data under its own privacy policy.

How we use information

• To reply to your inquiry and send you a confirmation email.
• To discuss and evaluate our models and services for your use case.
• To operate, maintain and secure the Site.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Service providers

We use Vercel to host the Site, Mintlify to host the API documentation and Resend to deliver contact form messages and confirmation emails. These providers process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our business relationship, and then delete it unless we are required to keep it by law.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing admin@aircaps.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will respond to requests as that law requires.

International transfers

AirCaps is based in the United States, and information collected through the Site is processed in the United States.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
